CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy To respect both your time and mine, I kindly ask all clients to review and adhere to the cancellation policy below. Card on File: A valid card is required to be kept on file when booking an appointment. This ensures that in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the appropriate fee can be charged. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of up to 20% of the total service cost, and your deposit will be forfeited. I completely understand that life happens—emergencies and unforeseen events come up. I’m not an unreasonable person, and I do take these things into consideration, so please don’t hesitate to reach out and communicate with me. No-Shows: Failing to show up to your appointment without any notice will result in a 50% charge of the total service, and your deposit will be forfeited. No-shows affect my schedule and limit availability for other clients who may be waiting for an opening. Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business!
